I just helped a guy out on this exact car...invoice with every option (mats, splash guards, illuminated Z panel) comes out to $38.5K.

So if you got the car at invoice + backup cam you get to 39.25K. I would try to get at least $500 below invoice so you should be coming in just under $39K before TTL.

I think the deal is OK, but you can probably knock the price down to at most $40K OTD.

Anyone knows the going price for the Anniversary Edition 370Z...I realize the price may depend on which region of the states you are buying.

Just for a comparison, I was quoted this VPP deal from a Houston dealer for a 2010 coupe 7AT with touring/sport/nav.

Vehicle Price: $42,330.00
Preferred Customer Discount: -$5,111.93
Selling Price: $37,218.07

Sales Tax (estimate): +$2,453.87
Tag/Registration Fees (estimate): +$65.80
Title Fee: +$33.00
State Inspection Fee: +$23.75
Documentation Fee: +$145.00
Road and Bridge: +$11.50
Balance Due (estimate): $39,950.99

So really, 41k OTD with backup cam isn't bad.
