walk out, if they balk and "see what they can do"...the car is yours, if they let you walk than they aren't giving you the price you want so it's time to look at another dealer

I sent another email to them. My next step will be to offer 1500 under in person or i'll wait for my 2010 model at invoice.

If you are paying in full then I agree. But if you are financing and you ask them for $2400 under invoice declaring you wish to take their financing, they might agree but then bump up your interest rate to make up for the rest. If you get $2400 under invoice by declaring you have your own financing, then I am truly impressed you were able to pull this off. Truly impressed indeed.

Agree. Sounds like you are an educated buyer and should do well when you go to negotiate.

Trust me, I didn't just ask for $2,400 and have them agree to it. Their first offer was for $400 OVER invoice.

I'm now at $2,400 UNDER. Cash money :tiphat:
