The New Z's

I have a 2010 370Z Sports Package with 105k miles. I'm considering buying a new one with an extended warranty. I drive about 25k per year.

I'm looking for some help understanding the differences between the different models (Sport, Touring, Etc...). For example, is there a difference in the suspension between the Base and Sport? Are the engines the same or different? Etc???

I have a 6 speed now and love it. I'd like mod either my current Z or a new one. If I'm going to spend 2-3k on mods, I'd probably rather lean towards modding a new one instead of mine. Also, if modding, does that void the warranty for a new one? Thanks in advance for your help!

Oh man they force the Bose on you now if you want a sports package? That stinks!

I thought the same about the bose in my Nismo but it sounds REALLY good and I yanked the heavy sub as well for a slight weight reduction. Spare and tools got yanked as well.
