2009 Nismo 370Z S-Tune

7 Attachment(s)
Well I just joined the forum today and thought I should share some pics of my ride. Fully loaded with every available option and complete S-Tune package minus large wing (I prefer the smaller one) and Minus the S-Tune wheels (I prefer the 19" wheels it has). I would have opted for the Factory Nismo, but I couldn't stomach the car being stripped of its sweet options. Yes I have all the suspention upgrades etc, to include the R-tune Dual Cold air intakes until the S-tune dual CAI becomes available. I am extremly happy with the car...

azn370z 07-16-2009 06:17 PM

I believe you have the cai for the 350z not the 370z. Some people may flame you for your bodykit choice. Thanks for posting pics.

Correct it is a 350Z roadster cai kit, but works great until the 370Z S-tune is available.

I prefer the Nissan Kit, it's my car so I don't really care if someone prefers an aftermarket kit over the Nismo kit. Looks more aggresive than the factory Nismo Kit IMO, especially the front end.

No prob on the pics, sorry they are low quality; I took them on my phone.

White boys say "sweet" black folks go "ho"!

Where'd you get the S-tune goodies from? Me likey a lot. I want the wing more than anything.

I bought them all from the dealership. I have a connection there so I get everything very reasonable.

The s tune parts come prepainted how well does the paint match?

Yes, they are prepainted and the match is perfect. I believe you can opt for unpainted for a lesser price as well if u prefer, but I have no complaints with the finish. Perfection IMO...

Looks very nice. Congrats. I'm just curious, was the S-tune items put on in Japan during assembly process or here in the states by dealer?

I sure hope people do not flame him! He got the NISMO kit!! Why would he be flamed??!??! Some the member may not like the kit, but some do.

I will pass on the S Tune kit and the Nismo Z for my own creation through aero parts suppliers, but no love lost for his car! Nice car. Enjoy it!

BTW AZN that is not a shot at you in any way; I am just ranting..

MC 07-16-2009 11:23 PM

looks good.

i would suggest moving the nismo emblem to edge of the hood beside the driver side headlight where its supposed to go. or even better move that metal emblem to the passenger side of the hatch and put a nismo decal upfront

Installed by the dealer. I don't believe you can order with the S-Tune pre-installed.

Thx, I already have a metal one on the back passenger, I opted to keep both metal badges on the passenger side front & back to be different.

Smallywood, what strut/spring Nismo kit is being used? Can you get me the part number? Thanks.

Looks good! I like the Nismo body kit. I have the Nismo suspension on my 350Z and it really improves the handling. I expect it's even better on the 370Z.

All of the S-Tune options are manufactured by Nissan and are warrantied.

Keep in mind the S-Tune body kit numbers I provided are for the PG colored kit. If you provide the numbers below to the dealer, they can easily locate the color you want:

Nismo S-Tune Part Numbers:

Nismo: Front Chin Spoiler - MSRP: $760.00
Part Number: K60A0-1EA3A

Nismo: Front Nose Finisher - MSRP: $410.00
Part Number: F2070-1EA3A

Nismo: Side Sills - MSRP: $710.00
Part Number: G68E0-1EA3A

Nismo: Rear Under Spoiler: $600.00
Part Number: H5910-1EA3A

Can you write a little review of the S-Tune suspention? Ride quality, performance & ride height. Pm me if you wish, thanks

Greed 02-07-2010 11:38 AM

Gorgeous car. I'm partial to the S-Tune kit too. What kinda polish / wax do you use? Love the way your car gleams in these pics.

Hi, i'm also planning on getting the s-tune aero kit. So all i need to tell my dealership are the part numbers that you listed above to get the full aero kit? Minus the wing. Thanks

Yes, not sure what color you're looking for but they can pull all the colored part numbers with the numbers I have listed (mine are the PG prepainted numbers). You can also order unpainted, but I would recommend the prepainted parts.

I use Mcguiars (SP?) cleaner wax. Not easy to rub off but leaves a nice shine.

I really can't offer a review other than the fact that the ride is stiffer and the suspension bolts on perfectly with no pop or settling from the sways etc after install. I have driven a factory nismo and I would say the ride is identical.

Ride height is about 1/2" lower. Performance wise is noticible on the track, but obvious everyday street driving is not going to test your suspension limits.

Hope this helps.

giodachamp 02-11-2010 05:12 PM

Thanks! By the way, your car made me buy the s-tune aerokit. It just complements the car very well in my opinion.

Welcome and thanks. I agree about the complimenting of the car. I actually prefer it over the factory Nismo bumpers. Just has a more agressive look, especially from the front.

Did you buy the wing?

NO i did not get the wing. I think the wing that came with my car is good enough already. :tiphat:

Agree completely, I prefer the sport wing with the kit.

blinkme323 02-14-2010 12:41 PM

Very nice - I'll be installing my s-tune sides hopefully this week. I might add the lip later depending on how the sides look without it.
