I dont get it, what this infatuation with lug nuts???
I saw a guy on here selling some for $200, WTF.........am I missing something???

You are absolutely right.

The really expensive ones are lighter, so you are saving rotational mass I guess.

This was an impulse buy, because the deal was so good. I was not even sure I was going to like them, but I do. It looks kind of neat and different from the standard black or silver lug nuts.

And isn't that what visual mods are all about, to look different.

Same reason you are not running stock wheels.

Now I am wondering if I should get valve stem caps to match?
