Got any pics of the underside of the hood? I see the Ebay listing and am wondering about the quality of the part. It's fiberglass I see from the listing and at $365+ only, it seems too good to be true. More info would be great though!

A lot of time invested. Great work.

We did invest a lot of time and we are also going to spend a lot of time on the interior. I will keep you all posted once we start working on the interior.

I'm confused. Does it have the Amuse kit now or the Nismo S-tune?

The Nismo S-Tune is off the car at this time. We finished that kit first, since that one is almost bolt on. We wanted to have both options since we were already doing body and paint work.

I will gladly take some pictures of the underside tomorrow and post them.

Where in TX are you guys located?

dAvenue 01-24-2012 10:31 PM

It looks like they're located in Brownsville.

Google is really awesome.

LakeShow 01-24-2012 11:11 PM

Looks good, mind me asking how much?

98intrigue 01-24-2012 11:18 PM

Is it just me or does the fitment of the front bumper and sides not that great?

dAvenue 01-24-2012 11:55 PM

It's not just you. The side skirts protrude quite a bit and the front bumper doesn't look right.

I really like that color on the Z.

Just wanted to let you all know that these guys are top notch. I have seen their work first hand. I have followed them through all the years that I have owned Corvettes. They have even done work for Jay Leno. I look forward to seeing what they will do with the 370Z.

Is this the hood you actually purchased? Cause there is a hood here: 370Z Hoods to customize your Nissan

That looks the same and costs 3x more.

elmz 01-25-2012 11:31 AM

Nice job! BTW, the original color looks like super black not black cherry, I'm just sayin.

Gerry!!!! Welcome to my side of the world!!!!

You have to send me your calipers, or upgrade to akebonos and send them to me!

Everyone else, like God-Speed said, DSV is a top notch shop down in south texas and they have an excellent reputation in the Corvette community. I've been doing business with them for years, and we actually exchange links on our websites.

You guys know me and my quality, I wouldn't endorse anyone less
