370z with GTR rims (Real)

A shop in LA or Tennese I think swapped rims just to see how they look. These look sex especially with the same color calipers

Saw this on MyGTR... I think it actually looks pretty good

AK370Z 11-26-2008 12:41 AM

Eh.. I don't know .. I'm really not feeling it! It think because of Zs widebody look, rims with lip looks the best!

G in ny 11-26-2008 12:43 AM

I know def the rims w. a lip looks better. Anyone have any idea if the rims of my g35 will fit on this car? I have a G coupe offset is probaly around 20

Slidefox 11-26-2008 12:52 AM

I wanna see that photo with some Black Work Meister S1's photochopped...

Z Car Garage is in San Jose, good guys down there. I would like to see the wheels on their shop GTR on the 370...

Though 20's seem too big for the car, maybe it just needs to be lowered.

cstr_Cali 11-26-2008 01:52 AM

Don't look like they're meant for the Z34's design. They should stay where they came from....a GTR.

Dav 11-26-2008 02:15 AM

I'm not feeling it. I think that 370Z needs a more aggressive design, that's why I really like the 19" wheels we all have seen.

areyouin729 11-26-2008 04:04 PM

they dont look right

Dont like the GT-R ones OR the Works(?) or Prof's (?) that slide put on it.

So that means its the same bolt pattern as the GT-R huh, good stuff. Now I can start looking at wheels :)

18X10.5 me likey. I dont like those much either. You can get the same size for RE30's

G in ny 11-26-2008 06:21 PM

18s? I hope ur planning to put 18s if ur just doing track. 18s wouldnt look right on the car. The car deserves rims with a lip for being so wide =)

RCZ 11-27-2008 12:54 PM

Yeah for the track Im sticking with 18's. For the street, thats debatable, I hate the feeling of heavy wheels, they make me very angry. For the street, most likely going to just powdercoat or paint the stockers since I'd rather spend that money on other stuff to make the car perform better in the times when the other wheels are on :) I'm going to make a wheel thread because I'm curious to see what kind of wheels you guys like.

koojo 11-27-2008 01:02 PM

Looks nice, but the Z needs wheels with a lip.

+1

The nismo s-tune wheels is what's hot...

ZzzZz 07-29-2011 12:21 AM

It gives the feeling that the rims have taken over the car. The rims should complement the car - not visually take over.

definitionxmk 07-29-2011 01:19 AM

Holy moley old thread! I still like the rims :)

oleg 07-29-2011 03:51 AM

kind of looks like a monster truck to me
