thats a better indication than the blinking "millage left" marker. that sh1t turns on when u have less than 20 miles left.
....so i had only 0.272 gallons left when i filled up... :P

($54!!! not bad back in 2010)

You still had a dot left, I got scared when I drove 10 miles with no dots hahaha

SPOHN 09-02-2011 07:35 PM

It's going to be real funny when your paying $200+ for a tow.

tonybui 09-02-2011 10:49 PM

It won't be $54 in 2011

The fuel in your tank also cools the fuel pump. Be careful. You could endup with more than a tow bill.

Really? If your fuel is low enough, all the dots go off?

A wee bit dangerous.... the fuel pump relies on gas flowing through it to cool it. Run it dry... and burn the pump out.... your choice.

There's also the sediment that collects at the bottom of your gas tank that gets sucked up when you run that low.

PG370 09-09-2011 05:56 PM

$54 dollars to fill up the tank? Where do you people live? Lol I have to put AT LEAST 70 to fill up -____-

nmjaxx9 09-09-2011 06:09 PM
