Actually, as soon as I pulled up, they said no one was blocking the exit and was too dangerous. So the competition ended as I pulled to the "starting line".

Nah it runs, my tires are just crazy beat and my rim/tire package has yet to arrive. Plus Im also waiting on my Swifts which I would def want installed for runs on the Dragon. I hate backorders.

that's one of the things that was brought up in the staff meeting sunday. the person who was blocking/watching the top of the hill was a volunteer and to their defense, they didn't know when it was supposed to stop. next year we will have a definite barrier there and someone who is going to stay there until we have completed the entire procedure of the event. sorry about that ryan, it pays to be early and get in line for events tho :tup:

That stinks, man. The sport package Z actually does really well on The Dragon in stock trim, though if your tires are shot then there's really no point. Definitely next year. :tup:

It was no biggie. I had just gotten back from doing a run on the dragon. I had no clue what was going on when I was diverted down a different path when I entered Fontana. By the time I walked down to the competition, walked back to my car and drove down, it was too late.

And you're right, it pays to be early to any event since there's so many people attending each activity. I definitely bad a blast this year until I broke down in GA.

I can't get my GF to go to meets that are 15 minutes away, let alone 10 hours.

I usually just ask her if she wants to grab dinner or something, and i IRONICALLY pass by a 370 meet on the way, in which i act completley suprised, and tell her we have to just stop by quick. She is catching on.

Thus, i would have had to drive down alone, + my wheels were get awesomefied, so i was shoeless.

I came from Tampa...bu there was one guy who came from Miami, which is another 4 hours south me of...and my drive was 12 hours with a few stops in between.
