nice!

Very nice run! I like that camera location as much as any. You really get a great perspective of the track.

Interesting perspective. I often race at LR; did you get the pucker factor on the uphill and downhill? Those turns put me light on my feet. LR is fun and fast, and could be dangerous - glad you had fun. My last race there last year, I clobbered someone at the end of the straight, trying to pass/outbrake into 1 (only fighting for 4th place). Made for a good fiberglass project over the winter.

Some more tow hook vid.

Yea the up/down elevation is intense. Cresting the hill is great but need to keep it straight as get real light. The down hill into that 90 onto front straight keeps your attention- I really have to make the commitment on approach and keep pressure on go pedal. Rained all morning so was super slick but really get to know the Z and how it handled - which was great - and yes I left VDC on. Got one more vid to post - the Toy MR2 supercharged in front of me spin and hit the wall-all OK- minor damage- but not fun

Go back in June

Here is some video from one of my races last year where I smacked the guy (referenced above). I was faster then him, and just didn't know how to get by. This cut is with 5 laps to go.

Wow! Watched a couple of your other vids too. Nice. I like the narrative - gets you into the race situation- some real battles- good luck hopefully no more or just minor fiberglass projects in the future

I'm sure there will be many more fiberglassing opportunities (just the life of a spec series). I see you are in Boston, I'm heading this weekend to NHMS for the 1st race of the year, and will be at NJMP, Glen, Pocono, and Trois-Rivieres (for a pro street race with Indy lights). If you are ever interested in seeing the sport (SCCA), let me know.

Yea- it would be a great time - does SCCA have a northeast chapter/ schedule posted?? I am going to the Glen this weekend for two day track on Mon/ Tues. This is only my second year so real novice but each time learn more and get better- not sure long term playing it by ear will see how far I take it

New England Region | Sports Car Club of America

Schedules are on there.

Last of Lime Rock video- wet track all sessions- VDC ON- you can see a little movement in the rear as I crested the hill on lap last but VDC worked very well and was not intrusive to wet track laps
