I'm guessing that 52K includes a BS price adjustment over MSRP. That's an outlandish price increase over the standard fully loaded Z.

I'm guessing $44,999 (w/o local dealer markup).

Pics look great, but I am happy with my sport model to be honest, not a huge fan of body kits. I do fancy the wheels though, but I still prefer the wheels that came on the S-Tune. |
I love that car... http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/4682/...nsthumbsup.gif
|
I like the wheels, the fact that they stiffened up the chassis, and the rear spoiler...but that's about it.
|
It looks nice
and if i couldnt afford it . i will buy the spoiler (looks like for the GT2 ) and instal it in the 370z |
i'd rather get a used 911 turbo for that money.
it'll most likely be 37-39k |
that car is SICK! wow....imagine that car in BLACK :nutswinger:

remember the nismo 350z was basically just an enthusiast trim with the NISMO parts..... but yet it was still more expensive than a grand touring
|
seeing this...i wonder how well the z responds to TUNE ONLY and no other mods.
|
Maybe its just the light, but it looks like the LED screen in the fuel gauge is illuminated in red rather than orange? Can anyone confirm this?

My concern is that it has a different ECU so is a tuner going to invest in cracking/tuning this ECU given that it only accounts for 5% of sales for the 370? Would the ecu's be that different? Otherwise, I am torn between this and a loaded touring/sport/Nav Edit: I am also wondering if Nismo 370z is to standard 370z as Nismo 350z was to standard 350z - that is, a VAST improvement in handling. Remember Autech had YEARS of track-testing the 350z before they built a Nismo version. This time, the Nismo 370z came right out of the gate. How much R&D went into this nismo versus how much went into the 350z Nismo? |
I'm thinking Autech has had 370Zs available to them long before they were ever publicly for sale.

it has awd, 420hp, dry sumped, racing brakes. and with 40-50k miles big freaking deal. put another few G's into it and it'll be a monster. the reason i say this is because why buy a Z for 40k when you can get into a TT porsche for the same money? so you are telling me you wouldn't want one of these sitting in your driveway for the same money?? http://images.autotrader.com/images/..._A.565x376.jpg this one happens to be going for 44k with 44,000 miles. which with after taxes and all associated fees the nismo will be within a stone toss of. theres a silver one same year i believe going for $42,000 with 34,000 miles. check'm out http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/search...=1244524174576 just sayin.. i love both porsche and nissan. but hey gimme a nismo for 35 and chuck a turbo kit on it and the porsche wont touch it. |

Seriously though. With tax etc.. A near $50k+ or so for, imo a pretty well used (tired) car, that probably won't have any warranty left. A moderate risk at best. Especially when you can get used 07+ 997tt's, some pretty much fully loaded (PCCB etc), under 10k miles, for $80 to $90k with warranty. If your going to get a 6+ year old car like a porsche TT etc. Don't forget to have a decent amount of cash on hand for any unexpected hiccups the car may acquire. |

As factory track models go, the 2009 Nissan Nismo 370Z is not the most hard-core beast ever built on a production line. cool car!!!!
