its opposite here. the 6th & 7th levels are open and nobody parks there. everyone likes covered parking here.

+2 , some don't mind door dings and other mishaps I guess?

And if there isn't a secluded area, then try to avoid parking next to:
-minivans or other "kid haulers"; kids are boisterous and they push doors open fast without looking
-SUV's
-handicap spots because those old foggies kick-open their doors literally
-worktrucks that are beat up
-"cash for clunker" type cars; these people don't care about theirs, why would they yours?
-Home Depot, those "pure metal" carts do more than just ding

However, it's OK to park next to:
-clean cars i.e. ones washed and taken care of especially if they're a few years old or older
-high end current cars
-other nice sports cars

*oh, but do not park next to ricer-cars because it causes one of two things: either they'll swarm on your car i.e. they'll stick their faces in the window and drool all over it; or worse yet, your car becomes a target for theft--my friend's DC Integra with $10K of motor work was jacked...still hasn't recovered it, that LS/VTEC pumped 212 on the dyno.:shakes head:

Hey I resent that I own a nice civic and I would never disrespect a car like this one.

5% back windows, 35% front windows, 5% strip on the top of the front windshield. Its interesting to parallel park at night. I try to avoid that as much as possible.

Keyword, "I." Not everyone is respectful.

What color was it that the one Z owner told the lesbians with all the gay pride stickers shouting out from their beater car in MD who were asking him about his Z? Oh yeah, Burkha Blue!
