You might have seen my Datsun Z pics floating around the net as it was pictured with some 370Z's at the edmunds inside line launch. I love looking at the 2 cars together and I thought I should share.

I've had about 10 240 and 280Z's and between my brothers and I we've had all the generations of the Z except for the 300 twin turbo. This is a 77' 280Z with minor mods to get it to look, sound and run pretty good.

I hope you don't mind, but I changed the wheels on your 370z.

rebuilt engine and tranny, motorsport 6-1 headers and custom 2.5 straight exhaust with bullet tip, msd ignition, momo short shifter, tokico illumina struts and lowering springs, zg flares, way -offset deep dish 5 stars with 4" lip, front airdam, few polished bits, f/r strut tower braces, racing seats and steering wheel, custom paint....and more

I wanted more of a jdm/racecar look for this one.

When my dad gets his Solid Red 370Z we will totally have to do a photo shoot with his red 79' 280ZX. I can't wait!!!
