Shizz, I was doing that as soon as the first snow fell. But I really need snow tires now.. AK your post and vid on the tire wheel combo from Tire Rack, was very helpful.

video is not playing. perhaps it's because of the wintery weather messing up the lines.
|
I was finally able to watch it. Nice vid, AK!
|
man, i wanna drive in the snow....
awesome video even though i dont understand german "limited slip differential afhkah gluben brenein hacken!" ....huuuh? |
Nice review, I finally had the change to watch the whole video. For those who don't understand German: The review itself is fairly standard, the usual remarks about the nice bang for your buck, lots cheaper then the comparable Porsche. Nice improvement over the 350Z, nicer interior, wheelbase is shorter which makes it trickier at the limit. Then a bit of history: it all started with the 240Z, at least outside of Europe. In Germany the real breakthrough for the Z came with the 300ZX followed by the 350Z. And here is where the test driver makes his most memorable comment: The 350Z's nick name in Germany is "The Aldi Porsche". I guess this would translate to "WalMart Porsche" here in the US... Then the rest is comments on how much fun the car is in the snow and how nice the VLSD helps in there circumstances and that you can do 200km/h in the speedo while only moving about 100km/h, courtesy of the spinning wheels. Aldi Porsche... hmm, I might have order some custom logo's...
