Snowing like a mother here in Hunterdon County. Not sure how much though I'm afraid to go look outside. Maybe I'll take some pics later.

While uploading these photos, I took a look outside and I see more snow...
Looks like there will be a need for rounds 3,4,5,6,7

dlmartin81 02-10-2010 01:14 PM

^^ Yeah, I haven't even bothered to wipe down my vehicles yet. The less I spend brushing off snow, the less chance of adding swirls/scratches to the paint.

m4a1mustang 02-10-2010 01:23 PM

It's so windy out here that my car isn't even covered much at all.

Some pics I took a little while ago. I think we are at about 8 or so inches right now.
The Z right where it should be. Nice and warm inside

I like the picture looking over the back of your car towards the snow! It wants to go out...

I'm up north from you, still waiting for the snow to hit, just a dusting at the moment.

But the Z is tucked away in the garage as well and the AWD SUV is outside...

blue660r01 02-10-2010 03:18 PM

Where north?

CrownR426 02-10-2010 03:31 PM

He's probably by us blue.
Most likely he's north jersey/bergen county.

Wow i think some of you guys have it easy, In Baltimore we have had 40in+ plus dumped on us in one week and maybe more to come this weekend.Heres some pics of my car after i dug it out, had to move it out of the car port cause im afraid it might cave in soon from the weight... Haha notice the snow pile almost 2 feet taller then the Z!

Sorry don't know how to host pics so i attached them.

dlmartin81 02-10-2010 05:40 PM

^^ DAMN....yeah...wow, you really got a lot of accumulation. I think we got about 2' today on top of the other 1.5' last week. And yes, more to come next week, they're saying.

Yeah man, you guys got hit hard by this second storm! We got 28" locally over the weekend plus another 8-10" last night and today. It's such a mess out.

Really thankful that my parents lent me their beater Buick for the past couple weeks. I do miss the Z!

Today I wished I had the roadster just so I could put the top down.

You don't have to shovel sunshine.

Have about 20'' of snow laying on the ground now, my mothers car is completed under the snow.

Plus the 2'(?) we got on Saturday. Philly broke its all time winter season snow fall record by close to 10'' so far.

ZForce 02-11-2010 01:57 PM

That’s too much snow for this sunshine boy. All that snow is why I did not move to the east coast for my job 3 years ago. My Z would not have lasted long with that kind of weather. Eeek... wait until they throw down the salt on the roads (or is it sand these days) and what it would do to my Z. I feel for you all easterners and I hope you all have some winter preparations for your Z's. Is there a proper way to remove the snow without it scratching the paint?

I think toohip wins the worst snow covered car award in this thread, and I thought my shoveling job sucked. That building looks familiar toohip, you live next to the mall? I grew up in ellicott city/columbia.

To Vipor, You are so damn lucky!
That snow is so perfect for a nice drive!
Damn I'm so jealous...
I had some fun today on my way to school!
Decided to take the local route through some streets and had some fun in the snow.
Boy do I love our summer tires! :D

To TamZ, LOL that video was so funny!
That meteorologist is crazy!
