Matte Black 370Z or NISMO 370Z: Where's the love?
 

I've searched the threads for Matte Black 370Z's and it doesn't appear that any of this board's members have taken a stab at getting their 370Z painted matte black.

All I found was quite a few requests for Photoshop'd matte black rims and only one Photoshop'd matte black NISMO.

I think a matte black NISMO would look fierce, especially with the 370'z short and aggressive stance. Kinda surprised that no one has gone that route.

Does anyone know how much it would cost to get a car outfitted with a matte black sticker/temporary coating?

I don't think you searched hard enough. Look for motoextreme's car here. He has a matte black Nismo 370.

Look under the member's gallery section, and one of the first ten threads is headed "Talk me out of painting my Nismo....or not". Go into that thread and go to page 18? I think it is, then scroll down and witness the pluther of a BEAUTIFUL 370z Nismo in matte black with custom rims, cf hood and mirrors, custom head/taillights, F.I. exhaust, and more!

And dont forget to be the 1,000th person to comment on how badass the car looks. :tup:

Found it!

Guess I should have checked the Member's Section and not just the Pictures section.

Kinda surprised how much smaller/compact it looks now that its matte black. Normally, when you see a NISMO 370Z, the first thing u notice is how much longer the front nose is.

With the matte black application, the car looks smaller overall, which is a good thing.

The only thing that I would personally change is swapping the gold rims for a pair of shiny black rims. I/M/O, that would complement the matte black body a bit better.

Whenever I see gold rims, I always imagine a Subie STi.

Technically that wheel color is bronze, not gold.

RAYS has a gold color available similar to the Advan wheels. It used to be exclusive to Top Secret Japan but you can get it.
