Just tested the link and its fine.

Are you on a Mac? use winrar to unzip or Winzip if on PC

Keka app will work also on a Mac

i have tried both pc and mac
 

the problem is not being able to open the file. it is downloading it from megauupload. it gets to about 40% then just times out. is there any other link i can download this from?
