I've used a kit that was purchased at an O'Reily's parts store for about $20 I think. Follow the directions and it works fine. I've used it for years on previously owned Acuras who seem to have had a propensity to attract rock chips. Current Z and G37 are pretty much 'chip' free or at least the chips are so minor that it's not worth attempting to fill. The repair lasts and is for all purposes undetectable.
As mentioned previously, a lot of insurance companies cover the cost of repair rather than replace. |

to me about a year ago, not as bad as yours sounds though. Progressive replaced it for me, give it a shot you might get lucky. |
I would sooner repair a chip than go through the stress of a window monkey replacing my Z windshield. Thats just me however.
