No mechanical issues other than the dreaded CSC failure. Mine was at around 11K covered by warranty. All's well since. Mine is a '12 bought new and now at 40k + Earlier models have the steering lock issue as well. Shop for the '12+ model years. There are early model years that may not have the issues mentioned. The Z is a great choice.
