When I used to rely on gas stations for air, I would always ask first. In my experience, most places that charge for air will at least turn it on free if you purchase gas. Some will turn it on free if you just ask inside.

i hear those things spray orange juice.

ok, maybe not..

It's Sunny D :tiphat:

But that was 10+ years ago when I used to abuse my vehicles (not performance vehicles, mind you) because I didn't know better. Now I don't put Sunny D in my tires

6spd 08-05-2014 01:26 PM

Tires inflated with Sunny D make a nice squish sound when going over speed bumps.

jpkirk 08-05-2014 01:33 PM

Should probably just use water. Much more healthy.

6spd 08-05-2014 01:42 PM

Hmmmmm.... (thinks about filling a cars tires with water, might be interesting)

carlitos_370z 08-05-2014 01:48 PM

:wtf:

jpkirk 08-05-2014 02:29 PM

Water would give a bit of an increase in unsprung mass. The question is how to get the air bubble out so that balance is not compromised

jpkirk 08-05-2014 02:31 PM

Then again, since water is generally not compressible, ride might be impacted as well. So the air bubble would be useful. Need to have a dynamic movable balance weight that would monitor the position of the air bubble to offset the mass distribution.

What did they feel like, C-cups up front and DD-out back? Just curious.

Absolutely. Air is 78% nitrogen.

yes but it has to be liquid nitrogen

Minsu 08-05-2014 03:31 PM

Lets see its been two hours ill check psi in another two

JARblue 08-05-2014 03:32 PM

I don't need to clarify this is for your tires, do I? :ugh: :icon17:

It is doable but not recommended since oxygen with air will explode when mixed...lmao

MadMan 08-05-2014 04:25 PM

I mixed a striped shirt with a plaid jacket once.
I'm here to tell you that didn't go well!

LOL you gents give me too much credit. And yea its a leak, filled it to 38, sensor let go of the message, drove like an hour, the tpms went off again, check pressure before driving was at 30 and 32 after I drove for about ten miles. Hmmm.new tires or.should.I get it check out

enkei2k 08-05-2014 04:55 PM

bring it to a shop. check to see if it's patchable. If yes, patch. If no, replace

Don't let this thread die now, it's only eight pages long about a leaky tire. I'm in such suspense, surely someone can come along and tell us what to do to fix a leaky tire.

Im pretty sure it was mention before but you have to fill it up with liquid nitrogen

Take it to a shop and have them pull the nipple piecing out of it. It will need a cross your heart bra to prevent further leaks.

Will hydrogen do? It should make the car lighter, thus faster.

Hydrogen its not recommended unless u want to fly...your carwill need a propeller in order to move and glide around :bowrofl:

JARblue 08-05-2014 07:35 PM

fvck.... looks like four new tires are needed

btw... have you actually tried inspecting the tire for a puncture? look for a nail head or screw head or something metal typically.

My car has a propeller, it's right behind the radiator. I'm all set....
