Ok let me clarify so it seems OP's intension is to make money out of this sale eventually. Now this getting more interesting.

Its like a blind man trying to teach another blind man to walk in the end you know how the story ends. Im sure you can find someone who is ignorant about cars and buy it more than you bought it for!

Im not being mean but like I said we shared our opinion now its your call as an adult individual to make that decision if this sale would benefit you in the process. Who know you might be right and Il be the first one to say my apologies for having a different opinion about it.

for a 18k mile 370z nismo, youre saying ill get 12k in a year?? a 17k mile nismo that is salvaged would pull 20k+. I came here to ask if anyone has owned a lemon and how it went when trying to sell, what the market is like, ect.

g35driver015 07-01-2014 04:00 PM

I have made 30k+ buying and selling cars, but have never done a lemon. Thats why I came here.

is that a G35C you got or a G35 sedan?

if G35C, please retire it.

g35driver015 07-01-2014 04:04 PM

I owned 2 g35 6mt coupes (03 and 04). Make 4800 off the 04 and 3900 off the 03

g35driver015 07-01-2014 04:04 PM

What do you mean?

I don't know what Virginia's laws are in regards to a car with a lemon title, but in Kansas, once a car has a branded title (salvage or otherwise), it is difficult to sell. The state requires a red sticker to be prominently placed on the driver's side door jamb, that states the vehicle has a branded title. Now if Virginia has no restrictions, and issues a clear title, and the OP does not disclose the car was a lemon repurchase, then the OP could be prosecuted for fraud. In the interest of full disclosure, I'm not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV.

So you are a car trader then. You did mention in an earlier post that its something you dont do. Just lost some credibility fella.

Why don't you just offer your amount to seller and take it from there? Looks like no one here has ever bought a lemon car. Thus all posts are just pap moving forward.

lol you guys are funny. I wouldn't sell it as a clean car. Mr UK, I don't care if I lost credibility. Its how I pay for my college career, rent, insurance, ect

kenchan 07-01-2014 04:22 PM

Davey 07-01-2014 04:22 PM
