Forgot to post this up, but got some firehawk indy 500's mounted and balanced about a week ago....loving them, fairly quiet and very sticky tires....for those not in the know the new firehawk indy 500's are bridgestone re-003 in disguise

Put a Takeda Attack CAI in my totally stock 09' touring 6spd. Definetly gives the VHR a little more character and hopefully a little more power. Did it mostly for the sound. No more Pathfinder. Great kit, install was easy, happy with the results.

The infamous radiator mount squeeze. Definetly pinching the silicone but I liked not having to cut anything.

Put another 250 miles on Z. On the way home, I passed three cops at 90 mph

85 mph speed limit though, so they didn't even bat an eye

Here in 'fly-over country' (Kansas) it was $185.... but then again he had me at about 100 in a 75...

Now that it settled in, it's not nearly as loud. Still a great sound! After it runs for a bit and sits at idle. It's whisper quite which is a good and bad thing ahaha.

I really feel the car needs coilovers next. No more wheel wobble from the spacers. So maybe do another run with ya soon!

Mine got washed the night before...

Today a quick polish with some V38, then some Chemical Guys Celeste on it. 50/50 is good, but Celeste = even better!!

Chemical Guys - Celeste Dettaglio V2 Paste Wax

Looks amazing!!!
