I'd complain to the regional office about that, and at least get the reinstatement fee waived. :shakes head:

Took off my NOAH car cover and realized the material has broken down and will need to be returned to the manufacturer for a warranty replacement

:(

Same thing happened with my older cover after 2 years and given the hotter than normal year we had this year I think it accelerated the deterioration

They replace it for free but it's just a hassle I didn't want to have to deal with

Finally got the z on the road today. Plagued with tire issues... and of course it takes a week for any place local to order re-11's in my size

next time why dont you order the tires directly from tirerack and either have them drop shipped to your tire store, or bring them in yourself?

I had the local place buy 2 front tires (my alignment was way out and ruined them) They price match and it was easier than worrying about logistics of how to get them to the store.

I had them mounted, but I have a bent front rim and it was holding air just fine until they mounted the new tires. So needless to say it was flat when I got it home. So I ordered a new front rim, and filler her back up and had them mount it, but the tire was ruined from driving on it flat.

They chalked it up to manufacturer defect and got me a new one for free. So today i took the rim over and had the new tire that came in mounted.

The whole process was a few weeks long, and I did my diff right after i got it home so that delayed things as well.

Happy ending though, put a smile on my face. I daily drive a jeep wrangler, so needless to say it was quite exciting going for a spirited drive

Why do they call it a quick detailer when it actually takes me at least an hour to QD my car? She is now clean for the weekend.

I can wash, dry, vacuum, and clean inside of my Z in less than an hour. What on earth are you doing with the QD?

 I have a 98 Tj. My rainy day driver. Driving a Jeep for a couple of weeks makes the Z feel like a rocket ship!

75k on the odo as of last night.

Last night's weather report said clearing into the day today. Didn't check in the AM. They were wrong. It's about time the Z got a weather check anyway. She passes. Dry off in the garage.

:driving:

I should just get over the rain thing. It's just rain not toxic waste. Or is it. East coast you can never really be sure.
