I had the same problem, but it was just time for new tires. Although I discovered those stupid looking $20 compressors from Ace really work, but it got old adding air every 3 days!

Got my re-11's put on and an alignment. Car still shakes when braking. Bought some duralast rotors and pads, will try it out tmrw. Or maybe just swap the exisiting front rotors with each other first and see if the problem follows or stays.

Rotors for sure the culprit...

Awesome.

I'd love to swap out those gauges but I really don't have the ambition to take the entire dash apart and piece it all together. It's a shame they made it so difficult, but realize that manufacturing process is a lot different than some mods and they have to do what works from their position not ours.

killrain 01-01-2017 04:10 PM

Changed the rotors and brake pads. No more shaking!

All 4 Watanabe wheels mounted -- finally...
