Put down a deposit on a new Fast Intentions CF non-resonated exhaust to replace my damaged one. Spoke with Tony on the phone and he is every bit as pleasant as you could possibly expect based on his reputation. Thanks to Kevin for helping me out with the order

The DSG is not bad. I can't like the full auto mode as the shift points do not match my driving style, but in manual shift mode  wat I like best is no torque converter mush.

It slips the clutch quiet a bit stock, probably for the safety of the trans from when you let go of the brake to when it fully engages. I read that you can throw a tune on the trans which makes it really launch hard. Mk7s are fun cars, great hot hatch pick!
