Z was parked today, tried my best to get the AWSC-1 working with my JVC deck, no luck :(.

Those things suck. You'll probably have to manually program it.

Bought a Griot's 6" Polisher, Lake Country pads, Meguiar's M105 and M205. I can't wait to polish!

edit: Any advice for a beginner?

oh god the sound... makes me want to do naughty things to her

I do however need to align the tips better, I thought they looked good from below the car on the lift, but I can do better when I go wash her tonight.

Just did mine a couple weekends back with 105/205 and 21. Check out Junkman's video on polishing and you should be good to go. I washed with dawn and then clay barred before I got started. Take your time on 105, its a good bit of work. 205 isn't too bad. Whole job took me about 6 hrs.
