Does it come down to waiting for the free shipment or contacting you and paying to get it sooner? Just wondering...

Shipping is ofcourse higher from Dubai all depends what you want. Lip is free both ways and you need to cover shipping only

Cant force people when and what to do, loads of orders also delayed but because of the nature of relationship cant complain they do all this for free but can do only in free time.

Anyways we decided to ship the lips from Dubai to all four people who got in first and second contest just want to close this.

Just for the ease can you please send a pm with email address and receiving address so we can send the shipping invoice. Fangless will be slightly cheaper to ship then fanged one but we are ok to provide any. If anyone wants to arrange a pickup (have any business or discounted Fedex/UPS/DHL account) we can help in that as well.

Lips will be shipped in order shipping is paid.

I'd like to know why Concept Z no longer has these lips that were supposedly available for pick up/shipment since April? They say they just heard back from you guys and you stated that all of the items would ship from Dubai only. I'm not going to pay $400 for a shipment to Texas.

I think that's not fair to the winners who spent a week advertising your brand name and working hard and even arguing with other fellow members to win. Not only that, But we had to wait months to "hear back" and now were having to pay the 400+ dollars in shipping anyway? Please enlighten us Carbon Signal.

I'll gladly take a voucher for the cost of the lip to apply towards some interior pieces. Just throwing that out there. That I wouldn't mind paying a shipping charge for, but not $400 worth.

I agree. I would rather purchase something else, interior pieces or a rear diffuser rather than spend 400 plus dollars for an frp lip

Pickup yes still available, shipping same reason we need to sort the existing issues out pending shipments, some claims for people who purchased and waiting for the parts. We never said they dont have the lips this statement coming always from your side, not sure from where.

We are not catering the order for that one extra lip, so its not just these but any new shipping from concept

Because of people sending us pms every week to get an update on shipping for which we decided to ship from here, it was clear I guess shipping should be covered from winner side. 400+ is for fangged one take normal TS should be cheaper i guess difference is less then 100$ for shipping between what someone would have paid concept or from Dubai. We have to pay by volume so bigger the box higher the shipping. What people getting is still a 450$ lip for free.


I feel we should have just offered to the winner as per contest not extending it all who participated, kinda regretting it.

You can purchase anything and get it shipped together fine by us.

We will be sending shipping quotes to all who sent us a pm for non fagged ones (unless someone specified he want fanged one) by sunday monday, as we want to close this as well. We still offering four lips and 3 vouchers instead of just two winners as per contest but i guess no one wants to see that point, its very easy to throw sarcasm. We expect all to be shipped next week so we close this by 10th July

We requested not to contact don't know why people still keep contacting them. There are lots of internal pending issues in shipping terms for people who paid for items and shipping that can take some time along with GBs so for the time being shipping from concept is not possible, and please we request again not to contact them for this matter.

Yeah we did got an email asking for details (from another guy not we deal with or another one who ships out stuff), and we told him as that other guy is shipping other stuff these lips will go form dubai. As said earlier we want items which were paid be people in october shipped first if someone doesn't like that We are sorry we cant help on that, there are two guys sending pms twice thrice a week and this needs to be closed, on top of that there are certain other things pending which we dont feel the

We arent removing anyone else wouldn't offered it in first place but as said regretting it. All of the winners will have a quote which isn't that much different from what will be from Arizona after shipping and packing charges.

Another option what we can think of is if all four winners agree we can stack four fanged lip and send to one of you and then other three can coordinate and get it shipped cheapest possible local shipping way? We can ship out Sunday and should be there delivered by Tuesday

Why are you making us go through the trouble and hassle? It's your job to take the matter into your own hand. We already waited over 3 months just to hear your excuses and load of bulls. I don't mind paying reasonable shipping expense but $300-$400 doesn't really sound so just. We helped you promote your FB page and we deserve the rightful return.

And I hope you realize that your reputation is on the line at one of the biggest 370z enthusiast website. Thousands are exposed to your unethical and unprofessional work habit as we speak (And I will make sure this thread explode). I can promise you that the cost of losing customers is A LOT greater than cost of shipping 4 very simple body pieces. There are times where business have to take a hit for the greater good in the future (although cost of making and shipping the lips is practically nothing to you guys).

Stop being cheap and take responsibility. I promise you we will put an ugly scar to your business if you don't take the correct action fast.
