Reviews on the BMW 2 series is very convincing but then, the no feedback gripe bugs me. But I guess that's our future with full electronic steering.

The underrated Hyundai gencoupe 2.0t r-spec
The overrated brz/frs
(not saying either car is better. But reviews basically show bias within these two.)
Mustang or camaro v6. I think you're better with the 2 above if not going v8. But not bad options.

If going fwd?

Focus ST
Mazdaspeed3

And if you're willing to look at civic and fiesta st???
Then I'm going to throwv in a sleeper of a good car. My friend purchased a 2014 Kia koup 1.6t. That car is pretty damn hot for what u get in that price range.

Forgot about the Genesis Coupe. Lots of potential in the 2013+ 2.0T models. If you can swing a 2013+ 3.8V6 model it will perform close to your 370Z for the most part.

It took awhile but I bought a 2014 Challenger today. Should be here by Friday. Thanks for all the input.

ROFLMAO. I wish. Opposite end of the spectrum - SXT Plus (305HP V-6 with base suspension). Getting a real good price on it and if I can't get the suspension right (a Q&D search says I should be able to get salvaged parts from a sportier model for under $1000) I can trade it for something else and maybe even make a few bucks.

Now comes the hard part - finding a Challenger forum that is as good as The370Z.

If i was getting rid of the z, kia optima baby, upgrade dat turbo, and be a 4 door balla.....

WRX all the way by an absolute landslide. reliable, retains value, 4wd, looks decent, fast, 4 door, safe as hell, and it will run until the end of time. STI is a plus.... but that gets pricy. close second would be the focus ST, third defiantly the new golf GTI.

I've been thinking about doing the same thing!

challenger will be the next car I get if I do stray away from nissan

C7 Corvette for me, if we're keeping it realistic, or something with a turbo from the factory.

So op what are some of the things you like about the challenger? I drove a v6 model and it felt so under powered and it handled like a bank vault on wheels. Im hoping your experience is going much better.
