Key warning light picture?
 

Can anybody show me what the steering lock problem looks like on the dash? I tried and tried the search and used google but I can't find a picture of what this warning light looks like. Thanks guys!

Did you try reading the owner's manual?

the key picture light on mine was the batteries in my key fob being dead.

is it the one showing the key fob going into the slot for it? or the key fob with a "fuel" gauge in it and its on low?

My owners manual was stolen along with a couple other things awhile ago. Thanks for the tip though.

key fob is going dead. i skated by for a few days just putting it in the slot until the one day it really died and i couldnt open my car. had to use the secret key to get in then luckily putting it in the slot got it to start.

My light came on soon after I bought the car new. The stealership replaced the batteries in the FOB but the light wouldn't turn off. I was told there was a warranty issue involving the FOB antenna. Still comes on all the time. I will get it fixed one of these days.

huh, that sucks. on my 09, the fob antenna is located in the center console. the connector is on the driver side. when i forgot to plug that in after a stereo install the key warning light came on. i could start the car with the fob in the socket and all (not related to the dreaded steering lock issue).

Thanks for the help guys! I changed out the battery and it's all good now!
