that guy was busting my balls all day yesterday, too. "oh, people on the internet told you the steering lock went out huh? im sure these internet mechanics are better than our mechanics, hey look bob, this kid broke his car and people on the internet diagnosed it for him hahaha lets all point and laugh at him."
i hate dealerships :shakes head: |
You should go back and show him what the internet did for you, and in front of customers and loudly. Explain how the interwebs got your car running and solved the problem with a hammer and how it was going to take the dealer $1100 to do the same. What a bunch of douche bags.

I just can't understand how it would not be covered. It's so well known and documented. My 2010 did the same thing a few days before Christmas. Totally covered including the 150 dollar tow.
So very glad you got over on them. They really sounded like they were trying to take advantage of you. That's BS. lp |
I have a 2010 Roadster and my local Nissan checked my Vin at my request in October. Not covered. I'll be pulling fuse once it comes out of hybernation.
|
quick question.... why is everyone not doing the brown wire cut? so much easier to do. not like you'd be reversing it either any time soon.
|
or are you guys doing FS on fuses? :ugh:
|
I did cut the brown wire
