As for paint match, take it to any specialist, they can match the paint there or buy it directly from Nissan I would think. If you want to take it to the dealer that is fine, but I would check out the facility to see how it looks. Treat it as if it were a paint and body shop not a dealer though. You should get descent access to where the cars are being prepped and fixed. I would take it to a really reputable shop with good painters and great reviews. |
Good news! Her insurance company is accepting the liability and I'm covered. Total estimate for my rear bumper is $1,000. Thank god it worked out flawlessly ;)

Enterprise offered me 2 choices. Either Mustang V6 or Camaro V6, both convertible. I chose the stang just for the hell of it. I personally don't like American cars but my choice was limited.
My impression? It's heavy and sluggish. The car has so much roll:shakes head: The suspension seemed like they were made out of jello. Granted, it's only a V6 and not a V8, but compared to our Z......no game. I put the petal to the metal and at about 5k RPM, I immediately cut the throttle because I was so disappointed. Dash consist about 2-3 time more buttons compared to our Z. It felt like I was starring down on a fighter jet dash. Overall, it was worse than I anticipated. I thought it was going to be a bit sporty. Nope. Not at all. For those who thinks I'm bashing on V6 stang....I totally am. However, I'm sure the 5.0 begs to differ. Attachment 82462 |
