Be content with the mods you do to your car and don't worry about what everyone else is doing. It's easy to get in that mode of the next bigger, better thing. And don't ever buy lashes for your car.

Car = Money Pit

N/A Modified Car = Bottomless Money Pit

Boosted/Blown Modified Car = Money Black Hole

Custom Project Modified Car = Never mind the cost, you can't afford it, and it will never get completed anyway. Just get in the car, assuming it's currently even running, and drive off of a cliff while simultaneously stabbing yourself in the heart.

Individual results may vary (but not by much).

Duhhhhhh! Those are laser jammers. Like a C-130 dropping chaff. Brilliantly dressed up like chick mods. Totally stealth.

In the spirit of the holidays, I will assume that this isn't a disparaging post as I recently installed the new EVO-R carbon fiber versions of the eyelashes on my Z. I find they perfectly compliment my Nismo bumper conversion and add just that small bit of flair/pizazz that we all want in our rides.

Did I just say that? :wtf2:

HAPPY THANKSGIVING All! :hello: Spend your Black Friday money wisely at Stillen and Z1! :tiphat:

Watcha gonna do with it??

Yes, but it doesn't look anything like it did when served. I keep it to remind me of the mistake I made & for 25 years never went to a restaurant to eat. God forbid I make that mistake again & live with regrets.

That's my msg. for the OP. Be afraid, be very afraid :icon14:

I sometimes feel as the OP does. One day my goal for the Z is clear till the end aaand then the next I want to change it all up. I feel that the mods I've made (listed in sig) are pretty good so far. I am about to buy the next BIG mod which is going to be a Motordyne exhaust. I fear its ALL down hill from there :(

When I bought the Z. All I wanted was window tint, GTR button and air intakes :'(

I think a few people on here actually like switching out the same part multiple times.

I'm pretty sure members like KEV have changed their exhaust like 3-4 times lol. Some people really like to experiment or keep things fresh.

I do my best to stick to my plan, I usually have a list. Pretty much everything I've bought I really wanted and have kept.

At worst I'll change small things like Tow hook colors, lug nuts, bolts etc..

Okay here is my mod plan. I want cat-backs and a better intake. That's all. Recommendations?

And if bitcoins hit $3k I'm getting a GT-R. :-)

My first mods were Takeda long tube CAI and MXP exhaust. Wasn't too expensive and gave a sound that I loved. It's not overly obnoxious driving around town casually but sounds mean as hell when you get on it. I received numerous compliments on it.

stock intakes

From my experience & seeing the results of others, I feel that the stock intakes is as good as it gets. The only change that I would make is less restricting K/N filters.

It also will give you a good feeling when you pop your hood after a good run and say, ye see, it's all stock :)
