I just left the Tokyo auto show. Alright, I have good news and bad news. Bad news is the Mustang 5.0 is faster than a 370, good news is shes not pregnant.

Meh...Ive gotten into the pseudo luxury. Picked up a new Volvo S60...fecking thing is pure secs and THE most comfortable car Ive ever driven hands down. Its quick, handles pretty well, good MPG, lots of tech, again THE MOST comfortable car Ive EVER driven. Maybe if I was 23-27 Id consider the IDx, Im 36, in 34 years Ill be 70. How is that relevant?


*EDIT: Let me 'splain. Have I mentioned how comfortable this Nordic fecking goddess is? Put a mini fridge, microwave and a pisser, Id never leave. Well to drive my Z id leave. Thats it. Maybe a roll in the hay with Kate Beckinsale too? Maybe? Yea, Id leave. A good prime rib as well. A pound of King crab with garlic butter. Tickets to the Super Bowl. As you were, I guess its not THAT comfortable than.

Maybe they'll unveil the new Z at the LA auto show, then I can go check it out in person. Unlikely, but I can hope...

Dare I say maybe there is no 370 replacement. they have thier GTR and over the last 5 years total z sales aren't that great.what they need is an FZr fighter. hope I'm wrong but think about it.

I think it's pretty well confirmed there will be a z35. but if it's slated for '15, then I wouldn't expect to see it revealed until this time next year. They revealed the current z34 at the end of '08 and it came out in Jan 09 as an 09 so if history repeats itself, we're all a year early right now.

Besides, they've got 14's that just hit the dealer lots recently, need to move some/most of them before basically killing the sales of any 370z's left over.
