Getting pulled over has nothing to do with the color of your car. Are the cops in your state profiling drivers by the color of their cars? Is so, maybe you should sent an email to Sonia Sotomayor! In Connecticut, the police are required to attend car colored profiling sensitivity courses.

good luck

I think the color thing is a myth. Cops give chicken-**** tickets to everyone equally.

My local dealer just got 2 base Zs with the sport package and 6 speed. One is black and the other is red. I dont know which color to buy. I havent been this confused on a choice in a long time. I love both colors. Convince me please. Pros/Cons if any? :tiphat:

I forgot to add that the windows will be limoed out, and the taillights will be tinted on which ever one I buy right of the bat.

Neither

I would have to disagree with those who say color doesn't matter. I was pulled over so many times in my old red 1995 3000gt vr-4 it wasn't funny. My blue 2000 mustang gt, silver 2003 cobra and silver 2006 trailblazer ss not once in 9 years. Same driving style, same town, same cops. Was it the color or the fact it was a japanese sports car? Needless to say I have stayed away from red.

I've had a red vette, red trans am, red ssr, and others. I've gotten one speeding ticket, in a sunset orange vette.

Right, but those arent red japanese sportscars!

frost 08-09-2009 09:26 PM

The debate was color, if you want to debate what models of cars get more tickets, that's a whole different argument.

yeah go yellow!!! then you'll be as cool as me...lol

Yellow kicks but!! Its a "in your face, choke on my dust yellow" in person.

:iagree: I agree I have lived in the same town for 25 yrs. Not pulled over or one ticket until the red car. I guess what I'm saying is that my experience with red makes me shy away from it.

What ever color you choose you'll be in love. Variety is the spice of life. So just do it!!!!!!!! Then post pics.
