Like what olddudesrule said, I will pay it and move on, but it really depends on what theDreamer said, the fine for the ticket. If it is like $300 or more, I def need to fight for it. and theDreamer, do you know anyone who can do $75 flat for my ticket (if I get it) in NJ area? thanks

I don't get it. It's not the ticket that matters, it's the insurance is going to eat you up. You'd be surprised how much extra $$ you would be paying for the insurance company over the years. We are not talking about the hundreds we are talking about the thousands. Fight it. At least don't get points on your driver's license.

On the other hand just FYI... when you see a yellow light, law says you are supposed to stop instead of beating it. So be prepare to explain that on the court.

Tips for the future... When you see a yellow light 1)Stop. Don't try to beat it. And you will never get into trouble in the first place. 2)If you "have to" run yellow, make sure your break lights are on so that you could at least pretend to be innocent that you "tried" to stop but...

I don't think so, I believe the day goes to the cop.
Usually an officer spends a portion of their day in court handling as much as they can to maximize time. This means if you reschedule the cop is most likely going to be in court that day waiting for you.

This weekend I was sick to my stomach. I thought $451.00 was high. I guess that depends on the city you’re in. Roseville Ca Douglas Blvd and E Roseville Pkwy minimum red light violation $479.00. I was trying to take a pic but my light turned green as I realized our convo on this thread and the amount that light was. I wanted to take a pic for proof. Anyways I will be posting a pic soon enough.

Yea, just bend over like the rest of the cattle here and take it in the A$$. Right or wrong doesn't matter any more. Your integrity isn't important anymore. It's ok to be falsely accused, it's what all the cool kids are doing....

It really makes me sick too...$451....here, it is $85 for red light camera and once you get pulled over, same $85 but 2 points on the license. $479 is just...:shakes head:
