I dig the Mat Red!
That said, IMO, this is oneof those things you may want to choose form/function. How would you feel if what happened to your calipers happened to those rims? For track car/daily driver, I'd probably lean toward a black or mat black rim. You won't notice as much when things go wrong. If you don't care about that then go with the sexy red!! :happydance: |
Hmm... interesting point... however my track days have only ever caused wear / tarnish to my brakes. I have yet to experience wheel issues at the track.
The only issue i foresee is getting melted rubber on the rims like i did on the last track day. Still gotta get some clay bar action on those to clean em up. Otherwise... the wheels wont change color  |
Red looks fine.
One thing to consider is getting wheels that are the same color as your brake dust. I had a bronze copper wheels until I washed them to find I still had stock. |
where do you buy these wheels.

for magnetic black? which wheel color is the best contrast guys?
|
Almost anything will go with black.
Their candy teal, or purple, would look stellar, IMO. |
|
That matte red looks pink. Super ghey
|
liked the red on the pearl white, nice looking wheels
|
IDK... I think I'd go with something a little more understated. I'd go with the bronze burst.
|
I like my bronze burst, but I think I may go with a neon yellow plastidip over top of it for a bit. I dunno.
I want something extreme for a bit. |
^Let's both just get a second set of wheels. My matte gunmetal is way too boring for my liking now.
