how to play the previous track???
Ok this may be a dumb question but I can't seem to figure it out, I got a 2014 370z and I listen to my music primarily from usb which works fine. Its super easy to skip tracks from the steering wheel etc but for the life of me I still haven't figured out how to go play previous song like if i want to listen to the song that just finished again, is this not possible?

Ummmm....uhhhh....
If you can fast forward by flicking the switch up then you shouldnt have a problem flicking the switch downwards (twice if a new song is playing) I dont know, am i missing the question here? However if you are using anoter device such as your phone with an aux cable then you would be able to use the steering wheel control. If that is what you meant by USB cable |
I think you press down on the steering wheel control twice?
I don't know if it's different with what you have but I know that with my aftermarket head unit, if it is on 'shuffle', it cannot go back to the previous song. |
yeah when i press it down just plays the current song over again, will try 2 times see if thats different
|
oh and by usb i meant flash drive has my music on it
edit: and its on shuffle so that may be why it can't do it, interesting |
Thats because it goes back to the beginning of the song that's playing. Twice will get to previous song. If the track isn't being played then once will get you to previous song. As in track 14 is playing, I want track 13, I press twice, but if I do back once more, I get track 12.

ok i figured it out, you were right it doesnt work because its on shuffle, kinda sucks but not a big deal... you can only go back to previous track if its not on shuffle
thanks for the help guys |
