Anyone here working for a Nissan dealer? I need your help

So I think I finally found the car I've been waiting for. However the Carfax reported some repairs have been done by a local dealer (Mossy Nissan in SD) when the vehicle had 500 miles (see below). I know it looks minor, but I just need to know whether it was due to some kind of accident that did not report on carfax. I tried calling the dealer for more details, but they just brushed me off (put me on hold for 20+ min and hung up) :shakes head: Can someone working at a Nissan kindly help me look further into the nature of these repairs? Thanks in advance!

Bro, I just talked to Mossy Nissan service, and they said the mirror was defective, so the assembly had to be replaced. During the install, they also replaced the wiring harness for the mirror, hence the wiring statement.
