Very helpful -- if one is a kindergartner. Why are you even wasting people's time with your inane and imbecilic posts?

I thought it was kinda funny. Without a bit of humor on here this forum would be pretty dry. I see you have Don Knotts in your profile pic. You must have a funny bone somewhere in there...

Maybe a dumb question because I never had an alarm before, but is there a device out there where you can walk up to a car and fry the whole electrical system? This is gay but kind of like fast and furious 2 where they shoot the cars with that electric gun thing. I hear alarms all the time and no one gives a **** its going off. To me your **** is still getting stolen.

First there are no dumb questions only dumb . There are 2 ways you can fry a system both are not practical (and leave the cars whole electrical system destroyed) and it is more reasonable to just go online and download the alarm installation manual and disable it in less then 5min.

A. Electrostatic Discharge, fancy for a spark or lightening bolt. And even a bolt of lighting wont hurt a car because of the metal body work. You need to remove all shielding (metal parts) around the device and only then would the part be vulnerable to damage from something like a tesla coil (spark generator).
B. Explosively pumped flux compression generator (fancy name for a coil of wire and fireworks). These make huge magnetic fields and currents but require an explosion to to get their energy.

So the stuff in movies is just that.

Just wanted to update you guys on what ended up happening with my car - the dealership ended up ordering the wheels and the towing company brought em with them to install in my parking lot. total cost of everything with repairs was just about 10,000 because the dipshits decided to put the bricks on the side skirts which caused the car to rock forward and the front end slammed on the ground.

I have wheel locks now and moved to a place with a garage!

Thieves SUCK. Glad you got it sorted. Just wish the worthless ***** would leave stuff that doesn't belong to them.
