Whatever Happened to Brickyard?
 

Whatever happened to that special edition you could get in the States a few years ago? Brickyard it was called, and was a gorgeous deep wine/maroon colour. I think the current selection of colours Nissan has given us is unexceptional. Everyone I know who ever owned a black or white car eventually regretted it; and how many grades of silver do you need? Silver isn`t a colour, its a degree of reflection, and grey is just a matte silver. I realise grey and silver is what sells ("it just flies off the fourcourt" one salesman said to me once), but who wants to look like everybody else? Sorry folks, and I know I am in the minority here, but I think grey cars are for grey people. When Nissan ressurrect that Brickyard colour, or something like it, I`ll trade in my night-blue 2007 350.

^^ maroon is nice, but for a sports car......it doesnt really look good

maybe for the FX...or even better a big caddy..i do agree that the colours that Nissan/Infiniti has are not that great !!

I'm picking White.... Not sure why there's no Candy Apple or Barf Green. But I'd pick the white anyway. Shows the lines better.

Who was I kidding? I've owned a white car before and for a second I thought I would go with another color...but white just feels right.

I hate silver cars because that is all I see on the road. But I'm not really digging the shade of yellow, and the blue is one I'll need to see in person. White and black are so boring. So graphite is my choice for now, with the orange interior. I just wish Nissan did at least one really striking color like the burnt orange 350z. You need at least one distinct color that isn't in an 8 pack of Crayolas.

The silver did look pretty nice at the LA Autoshow though. :)

I chose white...yup...I love black, but...I told myself that my next car would be a way different color...why not another color from the other side of the color spectum...WHITE!!!

WHAT?!?! First off, they'll see my white car and then see me driving it and hop in without EVER seeing your car in the first place! :D

Secondly, I don't get a car for girls... Girls didn't like my Firebird or my Trans Am. I could care less. I've only known a few girls that actually like cars. I get a car because I like it.

If a girl likes my car, that's a bonus for them. Not for me. I could care less what they think about what I'm driving.

Its a sports car... Bright colors. That has been my biggest disappointment for the last couple years of the Z. 73 shades of silver. Red, and a blackish blue...

Yellow Rules

Cars attract me and other guys more than it attracts girls. My GF hates sports cars because it's too small she says. She likes the comfort of a big truck or SUV. I think that most people here buy cars because they just love good sporty cars. I know I do.

I voted for Magnetic Black although I may go for the yellow with that beige-ish interior.

Although I do not buy cars to attract girls I love it when I'm rolling down the street and I see heads turning to take a look at my car. :)

I'm married so it doesn't matter. But when I was single I never purchased any car (I've had a lot) because it may attract girls. If it did that was a bonus, but I made my purchase based on my needs/wants at that time.
