2012 370 Pricing help

I am looking at a 2012 Nissan 370z coupe with sport package, ~7k miles. They are asking $31,700. Kelley Blue Book private party book value is right about there. Any thoughts on that price, good or bad, are appreciated.

The price seems OK there giving it to you for like $2000 below invoice if it was new....I would say offer them a lower price than that (maybe below $30K ?)but make sure you can walk away if they don't agree with it. And/or try to get an extended warranty or some free extras with that deal. I'm sure more ppl will chime in... Good Luck!!

I hate dealerships and car salesmen, they are scum. I have had no luck finding a realistically priced 370 from a private party. I have no problems walking away trust me:) My plan was to offer them $33,000 with tax title and license. That puts the purchase price around $30,500. I can live with that. Thanks for the input so far!
