How can you use a remote start with a stick?

-Car must be in neutral -Hood must be closed -And I believe there is a third one, possibly e-brake on but not sure. For the OP, this was brought up in 09. A guy tried/looked into it, the issue was those keys are programmed for the Japan ECUs and would not link up with the US ones. |
there are 1000 aftermarket remote start options are there not? pick one of those up if you are that set on it.

What's wrong with leaving a manual parked in neutral?? |

I would never ever consider parking a manual in neutral with just the handbrake on. The handbrake is a very small item holding a lot of lbs. That was one of the first things taught to me when I learned to drive. I was taught to first put the car in neutral, pull the handbrake, then put the car in 1st or reverse depending on uphill or down, then turn the car off. That way the car is not resting on the transmission, but being in gear is a back up if the handbrake failed or wasn't fully engaged.
