Under powertrain section.

"TRANSMISSION AND TRANSAXLE
Case and all internal parts, torque converter and converter housing, automatic transmission control module, transfer case and all internal parts, seals and gaskets, clutch cover and housing, and electronic transmission controls"

https://owners.nissanusa.com/content...2009_N_WIB.pdf

I believe that covers the CSC.

:iagree: It should, it just shouldn't really cover the clutch itself because that is a wear item

speaking of clutches and warranty i live in new york and got hit by this snow storm pretty bad and unfortunately ha to drive the car home i got stuck down the road from my house and really took a while to get it out (bridgestone potenzas suck ***) after that it felt very spongey and i have been noticing a varied feel in he clutch lately i have an 09 sport touring and bought it as an off lease from a lexus dealership i was wondering do i still have the powertrain warranty im under the miles so thats not a problem im just wondering does that warranty only cover the first owner like how stupid hyundai does it? (only reason i know that is cause i used to work at a hyundai dealership)

Nissan's powertrain warranty is 5-years/60,000-mile whichever comes first. It doesn't matter you are the first owner or second owner. So you should be good.

And again, the CSC failure is under the 5-year/60,000-mile warranty. Just confirmed with my guy works at Nissan dealership.

not sure if related, but if the clutch hits the floor and eventually comes up wouldnt it be possible theres air in the line? I had an issue that was similar to my 350z, changing the clutch fluid and bleeding the lines was the fix...

I read something about that too. Believe it or not but my clutch is completely fine now :ugh2: :icon14:
It makes no sense to me lol. My 350z did that once too. After that one time it never happened again.
