I always get money back every year. Married, multiple children, mortgage interest, ridiculous property taxes, all add up to a nice refund. I don't mind loaning the government tax free money through out the year. The way I see it, it's a nice bonus every February. If I calculated to not receive a refund and increase my take home pay, it would simply just fade away into other B.S. stuff like food, clothing, shoes. Like I said, it's like a nice bonus every February.

I will be purchasing a Stillen G2 CAI and Stillen CBE. Just in time for spring 2013. :happydance:

last I saw, most savings accounts are paying less than .1%, so it really doesn't hurt anything to lend it to the government for nothing. On lets say a $5000 refund, you might be loaning the gov't five bucks.

2012 was the first year I have had a job so I will be getting some tax money back. I am used to my dad's company though... Lets just say it sucks having my birthday in March. Haha. We have to pay xx,xxx in taxes every year. Its a b1tch. I wish he would switch to paying quaterly instead of annually.

I'll more than likely be paying back. Single, making way more than the average american, and also a perfect target for uncle Sam. My 7k raise this year resulted in 100 dollars more a paycheck. Tax sucks, but I understand because I was a welfare child and I KNOW the system works.
