I hate cats.

Not just because I'm allergic but because my Z has been getting paw print's on my semi clean PW paint. Literally every freaking day I see more. My street in the last few months has gotten flooded with stray cats.

What's your method of lets say getting rid of them just short of killing them?

I don't like car covers.

:ohsnap1:

Cats are great!

LakeShow 01-11-2013 03:36 AM

I hate them as well, just a pure creepy animal. They sit there and stare at you and watch you sleep, will eat your remains if you die, and walk all over your car and scratch it. Stupid cats!

Oh no...not another one of these "just shoot/poison/abuse/otherwise kill them" threads...

edub370 01-11-2013 08:01 AM

just curious, is there a smell cats dont like? like some other animal urine or anything?

red6spd 01-11-2013 08:11 AM

Not a fan of cats either. They just seem like the don't care if you live or die LOL.

MarkGideon 01-11-2013 08:20 AM

Call animal control. In many areas you may be provided small animal traps to use to catch the strays that have arrived in your area. Usually when you receive the traps you do agree to provide food and water to your captive guests until animal control arrives to collect them. For the cats roaming around that are not strays, the sight of the traps in your yard will likely motivate the cat owners to keep better watch over their own cats.

Cats were one of the biggest gripes I had back when I lived in a subdivision. Your neighbors would not want you to come key their car, take a monolithic dump in their flower garden, then write your name with pee on their front door, but have no problem letting their cat roam the neighborhood to defile your home and property.

What's with all the cat-hate? Mine was a feral kitten and is an amazing mouser. I live in the country, so I need a decent predator to control the vermin. She's killed 103 mice, 4 birds, 6 snakes, and a salamander in only one year. Not that the birds, snakes, and the salamander are bad. But the mice "cleansing" is great!

Do you know who loves cats? Coyote. Since they moved in, the cats are all eaten. The coyote's are good mousers as well.

My rat problem seems cured but I can not attribute for certain it was the coyote. But I am liking them all in all. More wildlife.
