I just want to park mine in the garage lol. I have a 240sx that is completely broken down awaiting paint and parts. Ran out of money because I have a wedding in Sept. It will be a while lol. HOPEFULLY i can get the Z back in the garage by the end of 2013.

RonRizz 12-30-2012 04:57 PM

Now that the snow has set in here........
Tuesday, wash, claybar, wash, polish, wax, carcover until around April/May

danegrey 12-30-2012 05:34 PM

looking to replace the stock seats
maybe new tires by the middle of the year

alfiecat 12-31-2012 02:05 AM

I've only had my 370Z for a little over a week having been a 350Z owner for almost 10 years. Where has the exhaust note gone that I loved on my 350Z?.............
Sure, I've read all the comments so I'm looking to get a new CBE for my 370Z. Choice is a little more limited here in the UK. Narrowed down (I think) to the FI(18), the Invidia Gemini or the Berk....
Definitely my first priority!

L33T Z34 12-31-2012 02:06 AM

Plans for the Z34 Q1 2013

Removing that plastic POS CSC (306A1-JK40A) and replacing it w/a Z Speed Performance CSC. Installing an Xedy "stage 1" flywheel/organic clutch combo (06807) to ditch that slow revving dual mass stocker. Finally drilling out the clutch fluid restrictor, which Nissan calls a "connector" (46364-4P000), and upgrading the hydraulic fluid to DOT 4.

luigi90210 12-31-2012 02:31 AM

Fly1 Motorsport fenders, an oil cooler, and maybe a supercharger if the right kit comes up

May I suggest Ark?

I have a Stillen, and I die for it. I really do, it get sweeter by the minute, but I will say that when I hear the Ark, I get slightly........... Yeahhhhh...
It makes the deepest exhaust note I have heard from the 370

Ya, same here...I was mad that the exhaust was quieter than a G37 for some reason lol.

Out of your list I'd go FI, not only because I have it but as I've heard the others, I find the best low rumble is with the F.I. exhaust.

Install some new fenders and a spoiler will be the first thing to do. Just need to wait for the money to arrive in the wallet first :stirthepot:

Don't do it, buy a cheap truck for bad weather and the snow months and drive your Z like crazy during good weather. Lots of open road with no one on them, but tracker and columbines!!

Teddy KGB 01-01-2013 04:47 PM

2013 -

-Fix the stupid scratch above my fuel fill door!

-Find the cat that keeps sneaking in my garage to leave paw prints.

-Break-in new AR on said cat.

Kidding of course on the last part...

---or am I? :icon14: :D

PapoZalsa 01-01-2013 10:09 PM

Hell no. Just do it like everyone else up there does. Collect parts and mod all winter, drive all summer, especially in the mountains in Montana, Yellowstone Park. Heck, even some winter days might be bitter cold but sunny and clear with perfectly dry roads. Forced induction food.

Scraping the exhaust is probably inevitable, but how good your car looks lowered is worth it. I scraped my exhaust, I swore it would never happen, but it did. But you can't even tell unless you're trying to see the scrape and I can always get another one. Lower that thing!

Z-Girl 12 02-08-2013 10:02 PM

I haven't scraped yet...2013 I just wanna pay it off!

mikeSS 02-08-2013 10:42 PM

first week i get my 2013 sports/touring with nav on pearl white will be doing all of this, which will be this month. Second day of ownership getting tints, then its going on blocks to get the rims powder coated. while on blocks blacking out tail lights, and badges. Once that all done, might do a quick muffler delete or wait for FI cat back to come.

Doing it right with this car, getting the color i want and interior.
