A Civic or other utilitarian cars with a fugly kit on the other hand, will look like an econobox pretending to be a sports car. It's not true for all kits....just the really over the top ones we've all seen before.

Excellent point. Thank you.

I personally don't like it and truly don't understand it. Why is it ok to put this kit on an import (Nissan) and not be called rice. But then again put a kit on a Honda, Toyota, Ford, etc and have it be rice.

It’s a rice move in my book.

Because those kits are not well designed and are made for slow cars.

Its not that bodykit automatically = rice.

Powerhouse Amuse is one of the most well respected Japanese tuning companies and comes out with great designs one after the other.

The Amuse kit gave the 370Z a look you could actually believe came from factory. I had it on my Z and it looked amazing. Got stares, compliments and thumbs up all the time. Not to mention, I enjoyed looking back at it every time I walked away. I think you should get it in Pearl white and I'm not saying that 'cause my car is in PW... :tiphat:
