Definitely going to need some more information here. You're going to get useless responses if you don't put the effort forth first.

When does the noise happen? At idle? During acceleration? During braking? All the time? Where is the noise coming from? Just a few of hundreds of questions that could be asked...

Sounds similar to a situation I encountered myself a while back. My sound came from my wheel area. What I discovered was that there was a rock lodged in between the rotor and caliper and was scraping across the rotor while I was driving causing an insanely loud screeching sound. Eventually with driving the rock came out but my god that noise was ear piercing.

I was driving through a construction zone as well at my time of incidence. I was very worried at first, but what I did was just accelerate very quickly to about 60mph and wiggle the car left and right as they do in F1 to warm the tires and eventually I heard the rock drop and no more noise.

Same thing happened to me. I pulled off the main road to inspect couldn't see anything. Figured it was something caught against the rotor. Went forward and reverse a couple times real slow like, then I heard it dislodge and drop on the ground. Problem solved.
