New spoiler for your Z
 

Well I was trying to get a mockup of a spoiler we will be creating. And phase 1 is complete! Next is creating a fiberglass body to build and shape the spoiler. What do you guys think? It will be available in fiberglass and carbon fiber.

Its confusing I know but you can see the basic lines and such.

Looks good, kinda like the mines, but covers more of the stock spoiler.

I like the idea. Will have to wait to see a completed piece.

Kinda sorta, but yes it does cover all the spoiler and wont have studs, screws, or hardware visible.

Is it kind of like an extended lip?

Its a cap that goes over the stock spoiler similar to the mines spoiler extension. But ours will cover much more and flow with the lines of the Z.

Start CF'ing that thing.

I'm liking this idea. Do you think you may be offering CF packages with multiple items? Do you plan on doing overlays for the B pillars?

B pillars will be direct replacements. As far as packages not so much but I will give equal discounts to returning customers and those who wish to order more at once.

Right now what we have available to order is...

rear bumper valance (pics coming at the end of this week)
the CF roof
and front lisence plate backing.

Accepting no more orders on the front lisence plate backign since we have 3 already taken. We are how ever accepting one order of a CF roof of rear bmper valance.

We are offing a special discount on which ever order since we want to get our stuff out there. PM us if intersted ;-)

Right now, I think it looks VERY promising. Any chance you will ever do the complete spoiler in carbon fiber?

Is it just me or does the very top of the spoiler stick up just a little higher than the rest of the lip?? Z06 style? If so: HAWT!!!!

Holy spoiler! That remindes me of a civic with a large fiberglass shapely spoiler. The kind of spoiler that you can use as a handle to push when the vtec brakes down.

As far as our spoiler. Its still in the works. Ill post a teaser pic this week :D

The layout looks pretty good. It's hard to see the size though without it being on the car.

Looks like a giant can opener. Guess that would come in handy on a camping trip.... maybe we can add it to the CamperZ.... or is that 370ZCE (Camper edition)

It's overall size and angle reminds me too much of the Roush 427 Mustang spoiler. On that car it just looks too damn obtuse and completely looks out of proportion to the overall size of the rear deck of the car. It really makes the Roush 427 rear look stupid. From the pictures you have posted of the proto this one is looking to maybe go down that same road and have the same proportion issues with the 370Z.

Simply.. We wont release something the public does not like. If everybody does not like it then we will accept into consideration ideas to alter it. We are working for you guys. Like I always say.. You guys are the boss. We just do the work. :)

I might just be somewhat bias though with the 370Z. The outward appearance of this particular Z model (the 370) is simply elegant and spot on. This time Nissan really got it right.

The bias I have is like when you order a dinner from a restaraunt and when they bring it too you it just looks to good to disturb or eat. That is how I feel about this particular Z model. To me anything that is being fabricated is simply just not needed or desireable as the car's lines (or lack of) and curves are really near perfect no matter what angle teh car is viewed from. To get that kind of "look" usually only happens once or twice in a car model's entire life.

Some particular model years just don't need any help...and this 370Z is one of those models.

I'm glad you understand where I'm coming from. I have met so many folks that just throw everything onto their car that was ever made by 3rd-party manufactures and it just completely ruins their car's natural look and even sometimes it historical heritage.

Mustangers have this particular problem in a huge royale way. They need to take a lesson from the Vette folks and let the car's natural look speak for its beauty.

so how's the spoiler is coming? I think this would be the alternative to the MINES CF one that cost's a arm and a leg, if you can come out with even a fiberglass one that is nice and decent...

This type of mentality is actually what I look for before even looking at the product. Why buy the product if the buying process isn't enjoyable? I look forward to the CF or fiberglass teaser.
