having major withdrawal's

Well it's been over a week since i traded my pride and joy on a new Maxiam.
having some major withdrawal pains. i haven't had one person say sweet ride
i love your car... i know it's my own fault..

the maxiam is a fun car to drive it Handel's well enough though it's no Z
and it will fool you it does have some zip thanks to the sports package.

but when i pull up next to a real sports car i feel like sliding down in my seat...
oh well i'll get over it when i by something in the spring and give the maxiam to the wife. i just hope i can hold out until then.. have fun in your Z's guy's

LMBmikeZ 11-20-2012 08:40 PM

:iagree: I am going through withdrawal to but not because of trading it in, because mine is stored for the winter.......so I kinda get the same feelings you are.

My z is stored for winter.... I started her up yesterdya and let the oil warm up... the temptation was great to try adn drive it but I would have likely gotten stuck on my drive way.. and then would have been calling a tow truck lol

Each time I see stuff like that I always look to see where they're from and hope it's a foreign country so I can at least assume English is their second language. :shakes head:

On topic though, it seems like the longer I go without driving mine the less concerned I am with it. I've driven only my truck for the last three weeks, and for some strange reason am pretty content in it, even though I love the Z.

dP3NGU1N 11-20-2012 11:37 PM

On topic: Good luck, mate. I hope being in a grocery hauler isn't too painful.

Off topic: He use to have a Sports PGK!! I swear I'm not looking for this stuff! It's just there; laughing at me!

Not to be a bigger **** or anything but how did you manage to misspell "misspell" when you accuse other people misspelling? lol:p

I thought it was intentional Max-I-Am [shrugs]... so, buy my car? :)

sonic370 11-21-2012 09:10 AM

sorry about the spelling. head is still not clear from the last week....

MAXIMA does that help. Still say this board is one of the coolest on line if you need or have any questions about your Z. And now your spelling.

Montez 11-21-2012 02:05 PM

Weird my co worker has an 11 Crimson Black SV Sport and he gets quit a few compliments on it and a couple times I was with him. One just Sunday from my neighbor on our way doing a charter from DAL to LAS.

Misspelled words are one thing, but good sentence structure is lacking more often. It was the small case i's that bothered me, not the Maxima portion.

Regardless the man needs a new Z pronto.

Magic Bus 11-21-2012 05:47 PM

Guys, no worries about misspelling Maxima or misspell, but you know you're in trouble if you misspell "Z" :tiphat:

Sometimes I catch myself saying Zed, I think I've been watching too much Top Gear.

LMBmikeZ 11-21-2012 08:41 PM

:icon18:ya they say things in the UK like we do in Canada

ZED sounds more masculine the ZEE does IMO any way

TerribleONE 11-23-2012 12:57 PM

lol at this thread... but I think I take having withdrawals to a new level. My car has been gone since march :(

danegrey 11-23-2012 05:24 PM

ZED sounds so much better....
mine will not be park, drive and drive...

Z-Girl 12 11-23-2012 06:50 PM

Poor fellas...going from a Z to a Maxima definitely changes the swag. If and when you begin modding it you will feel better.

I have nothing against the Maxima but in my opinion no matter what type of modding you do it would not be the same sports car that the Z gives you.

Its like making "Dumbo" fly. Its still an elephant.

LMBmikeZ 11-23-2012 11:17 PM

:iagree: nice ride but still a sedan

doesn't give you that sports car feel when you get behind the wheel
